These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and services provided by Altruïs bv, trading as Daan Annemans.

This is a practical starting version. Have these terms — especially the payment, cancellation and liability clauses — checked by a lawyer before publishing.

1. Identification

Altruïs bv
J. Van Gijsellaan 59, 1780 Wemmel, Belgium
Company number: BE 0748.481.395
Email: daan@altruis.be
Hereafter: "Altruïs" or "we".

2. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Altruïs, including 1-on-1 coaching, team workshops, keynotes and speaking engagements on digital fitness, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Formation of the agreement

An agreement is formed once a quote or booking has been confirmed in writing (by email) by both parties.

4. Pricing

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are confirmed in writing before each engagement.

5. Invoicing and payment

Invoicing takes place after the service is delivered. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment automatically incurs statutory interest under Belgian law on late payments in commercial transactions, plus a fixed compensation for collection costs.

6. Cancellation

A booked session, workshop or keynote can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, remain payable in full.

7. Liability

Altruïs's services are coaching and advisory services, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment. Altruïs commits to a best-efforts obligation, not a guaranteed outcome. Altruïs's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant invoice, and excludes liability for indirect damages.

8. Intellectual property

All materials, methodologies and content shared during an engagement remain the property of Altruïs. They may not be distributed, copied or resold without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties treat information shared during the collaboration as confidential, unless otherwise agreed or legally required.

10. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Altruïs may suspend performance of the agreement, without the client being entitled to compensation.

11. Governing law and disputes

Belgian law applies to all agreements with Altruïs. Disputes are submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the location where Altruïs is established.

12. Changes

Altruïs may amend these terms. The most recent version is always available on this page and applies to new agreements.
